I found this wall decoration at a local Taco Bell. Actually there was a red one and a green one. I think they were suppose to represent hot peppers but it made me stop and wonder, is this the Mexican alter ego of South Park's Mr. Hanky? Is this Senor Hanky? I don't think so, but who came first Mr. Hanky or Senor Hanky? Did Taco Bell get the likeness from South Park or visa versa or is it a coincidence?
